Why True Spiritual Growth Always Brings Humility

Real spiritual growth is always accompanied by humility. It cannot be separated from it. Wherever the soul truly grows closer to God, humility appears naturally and remains forever.

Humility does not mean thinking poorly of yourself. It means seeing clearly. As the soul develops, it understands more deeply that God is the source of all Love, truth, and life. Whatever goodness grows within us does not come from self-importance or effort alone, but from receiving and responding to God’s Love. That awareness naturally removes pride.

As the soul grows, it also becomes more honest. Not ashamed, but aware. It sees its limits, its need for God, and how much there is still to learn. This clarity does not weaken the soul. It strengthens it, because it replaces ego with gratitude and openness.

Divine Love itself softens the soul. It dissolves harshness, judgment, and the need to appear superior. The more love the soul receives, the more gentle and humble it becomes. Humility is not something added later. It grows alongside love.

This is why humility is a reliable sign of true spiritual development. When growth is real, humility is present. When pride dominates, something essential is missing.

True greatness in the soul is not found in being above others, but in loving more deeply. And where love increases, humility naturally follows.
