When It’s Hard to Pray

There are days when the soul wants God, but the mind feels tired or distracted. Prayer doesn’t need to be perfect on those days. It can be simple, quiet, even wordless. What matters is the desire to turn toward our Father just as we are.

A Prayer for Tired Moments

Father, I want Your Love,
even when my mind is tired
and my heart feels quiet.
I don’t have many words today,
but I open my soul to You.

Let Your Love come into me,
because You know my soul loves You.
Help me to trust that You love me,
even when I don’t feel it.

I turn to You as I am,
and I ask for Your Love to fill me.
Thank You for hearing me,
even in this small and simple prayer. In the way Christ taught us to seek our Father’s Love,
